About the Event
The Himalayan Garden and Sculpture Park is home to over 90 striking contemporary sculptures, situated within 45 acres of stunning woodland and gardens. The microclimate of the valley makes it fertile ground for the rare blue poppy, alongside the North’s largest collection of rhododendrons, azaleas and magnolias, with nearly 20,000 plants. The Park features works by internationally renowned artists, all inspired by nature. Winners of the RHS Yorkshire in Bloom Tourist Attraction Award for 2018 -2025, the gardens were also shortlisted in the Garden of the Year category for the BBC Countryfile Magazine Awards 2020
Himalayan Garden Tearoom
The Garden Tearoom offers hot and cold lunch and delicious cakes and traybakes. It is not possible to reserve tables in the Tearoom, which is run on a first come first served basis.
